Rising Dragon Estate Hotel, Hanoi

The hotel was a cool and comfortable oasis amidst a busy city that wasn't the cleanest. I appreciated the stable hot water and the good breakfast, despite the rooms not being quite like the pictures. It's a decent option if you're looking for value for money, especially in such a bustling area.
